Refuse to be influenced! That is not easy to do. We are influenced from the moment we are born. We are influenced by our parents who love us and try to protect and teach us what we need to know to live a good life.

So here is the big question. Do you feel the need to cover your arms because you really think there is something wrong with them or because you are afraid others will find fault with them?

Success in any venture begins in the mind.  If you think of it as beginning a process you will succeed. The minute you begin the process you are already one step closer to success. 

When we navigate life , we learn so much because we are forced to take the time to learn life’s lessons along the way. These lessons we learn along the way build our character, wisdom, patience and abilities.

Joy is inside of us all the time and cannot be pulled up on demand but instead is brought on by a source of pleasure or happiness. But it is not something that you can actively find. It finds you!

How much of the beauty industry is science and how much is wishful thinking on the part of the buyer? Well one thing for sure is that women have gotten a lot smarter.
